Adoption Services

CSC offers comprehensive adoption services to individuals interested in adopting children internationally and domestically.CSC's adoption team will walk hand-in-hand with the family through the adoption process and continue this support for as long as the family needs it. We are a family focused agency who recognizes the unique and complex issues related to adoption and cross culture families. It is our deepest desire to provide as much support as needed to ensure successful adoptions.
Services include:
  • Home Study
  • Comprehensive parenting and cultural education
  • Assistance with Immigration and Naturalization Service requirements, including accompanying the family for the INS interview.
  • Assistance gathering and keeping the adoption dossier.
  • Child matching
  • Obtaining the medical records and video tape of the children waiting for adoption.
  • Traveling with the family to the international country to finalize the adoption.
  • Follow-up with the family through the required number of post-adoption home visits with the addition of one year required follow-up visits.
  • Referral to legal services who will assist the family in the US in finalizing domestic legal proceedings.
  • Complete range of educational and support services for the family.
  • Referral to financial institutions that are adoption friendly.
  • Referral to airlines and travel agents who are adoption friendly.
