The Community Residential Rehabilitation Group Home is a safe and supportive facility located at 137 East Noble Street in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. This Sanctuary-based home accommodates both male and female adolescents (ages 12-18) with behavioral health needs. The CRR provides 24 hour staff supervision, medication management, ongoing psychiatric oversight with formal clinical assessments, individual and group therapy, as well as the casemanagement of each client. The CRR promotes the utilization of community resources and emphasizes recovery and resiliency.
