The following training requirments include but are not limited to:
- 24 hours of SWAN Mandatory training
- How the SWAN system works
- Children in the SWAN system
- Child development and abuse
- Child attachment and bonding
- Child grief and loss issues
- Qualities of adoptive parents
- Parenting skills for adoption
- Support service
- Offered at both Children's Service Center or any SWAN affiliated agency
