Orientation

Orientation is a week long process. The first day of orientation is mandatory for all new employees. Orientation entails a historical description of Children's Service Center, Inc., as well as, an overview of all the services that we provide to families and clients. This training also includes, but not limited to, FMLA, CASSP Principles, Cultural Diversity, Safety, Infection Control, and Age Specific Competencies.
