Children’s Service Center, together with its Robinson Counseling Center and Conyngham Primary Health Care Center,
provides pediatric occupational therapy services to help individuals ages 0-18 perform meaningful activities or
“occupations” to improve functioning, independence, and quality of life.
Areas of focus for children may include therapies designed to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), education,
rest/sleep, play/leisure, and social participation.
Pediatric occupational therapy targets the client’s physical, developmental, and cognitive skills that are necessary
to participate in these occupations, such as:
- Self-care training
- Visual and fine motor skills
- Balance/coordination
- Sensory processing
- Functional play
- Emotional regulation
- Social participation
- Caregiver education

in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Clients/families seeking services will need a referral/order from a licensed medical professional with prescriptive authority.

Meet the Occupational Therapist
Fallon Gorski, MS, OTR/L, has served as a licensed occupational therapist since 2017, including more than three years in outpatient
pediatric care settings. She earned her occupational therapy degree from Misericordia University, where her specialized studies
included pediatrics, gerontology, and psychology. She has a focused interest to incorporate multi-sensory play and individualized
interventions to support clients’ goals.
Fallon is highly trained and dedicated to helping clients learn or regain independence and perform daily activities by developing
skills and modifying environments for success.
