Children's Service Center is an affiliate of the Statewide Adoption Network. As such, Children's
Service Center is able to complete Family Profiles on those interested in adopting children through
Pennsylvania's public Children and Youth County Programs. Most of these children are classified as
"special needs", which means: a child with a physical, mental, or emotional disability; a child of a
minority group; a child who is part of a sibling group, or a child older than five.
