Autism Family Support Hub

The Hazleton Autism Family Support Hub, created in conjunction with the Autism Collaborative Centers of Excellence (ACCE), supports individuals of any age, and their families, at any stage of the diagnostic and treatment continuum. The Hub offers an integrated model to allow any person affected by autism seamless access to parent peer support, referral, and screening to assist with access to early diagnosis and quality services in all areas of treatment and daily living.

Population Served: Individuals already diagnosed with ASD, as well as those seeking referral for a diagnostic evaluation, can utilize the Hub. Specific services will vary by age but are available to families and individuals regardless of gender, race, or socioeconomic status. The Hub is grant-funded and although Medical Assistance or other insurance may be required for referral to some services, there is no charge to work with a Service Navigator.

Services: The Hub offers consultation to assist individuals and their families in navigating services, including helping to connect with resources in the community and providing information about ASD and treatment options, in a supportive, safe, and family-friendly environment.

  • Walk-in Hours:
    • Mondays: 10:30 am until 5:30 pm
    • Tuesdays-Fridays: 9:00 am until 4:00 pm
